Nordic Fitness Vital Coach St. Gallen (St. Gallen)

I am Gabriela Studer-Jäckli and I was born into a sports-fanatic family. As a child and later as a teenager I took part in many cross-country skiing competitions, participated in various orienteering races, hiked a lot in the mountains and was not bad at athletics either.

Since my father was "the sports officer" in the army and had organized various big running events for years, I was of course always involved. From 1984 I was a puzzle in our sports business. First as a trainee, then the training as a sporting goods saleswoman in retail. After that I worked in the parental sports store for many years until I started my own business with my sports school in 1999. In between I supported my father wherever I could with courses in cross-country skiing, running, walking and Nordic walking. Until 2004 I still worked part-time in the business. After that I concentrated fully on my own business and my small family. My massage practice was opened in 2004 after various trainings.
