Born and raised on the beautiful Menzberg in 1967, I was able to experience a childhood close to nature. Due to the different nature of my parents, I realized early on that a sunny mood can be the best medicine and that psychological suffering can have a negative effect on the body in return. I learned about the support of naturopathic methods as well as the use of herbs as tea, tincture, oil or bath in my childhood and was able to participate in their preparation and application. I decided to learn the profession of a nurse, which gave me a solid base of knowledge and experience along the way. Even more than the immense knowledge and skills of conventional medicine, I was interested in people's life stories and what made them the personalities they were now. More and more I felt the desire to take preventive measures. In 1991, two years after graduating as a nurse, I set out with great passion on the path of naturopathy, which continues to fascinate me.
