Working with people on a daily basis and being able to accompany them on their path fills me with great joy.

The complex human being has fascinated me for a long time. Through my own history I was able to experience for myself how important it is that body, mind and soul are in harmony.

With my appreciative attitude towards people and life, I would like to accompany you on your way to find your true and healthy self. I support you in bringing your body into a balanced static and your mind into harmony.

The broad knowledge from several health fields, conventional medicine in combination with alternative views of naturopathy enables me to activate your self-healing powers. To include the spiritual level, I have trained as a systemic coach according to the St. Gallen Coaching Model (SCM®).

In every session I start with the energetic atlas centering. This enables you to stand with both feet firmly on the ground again. Your nervous system can flow again. A well functioning nervous system requires an intact spine. Even the smallest misalignments of vertebrae, especially of the atlas, can impair nerve functions. Thus, nothing stands in the way of a relaxed muscular structure.

My affinity for and my own path to a healthy and stable body motivate me to pass on this experience to you, including in my popular Blackroll workshops.
