Prosana Bio (Fribourg)

Located in the city center of Fribourg, Prosana Bio is an institution that exists since 1947. The store was taken over by Eléonore and Tidjane in July 2020 and has retained its charm, authenticity and history. Prosana Bio is a combination of a health food store and a health center offering a variety of naturopathic therapies.

In our shop you will find a wide range of organic food, food supplements, phytotherapeutic remedies, natural cosmetics, hygiene and cleaning products (also in bulk), a baby corner and much more...

In the back of the store is our therapy room, which is used during the week by our naturopaths: Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Reiki, nutritional counseling, micronutrients, reflexology and energy treatments. On weekends, the hall becomes a venue for our workshops and lectures on various topics: Nutrition, Plant Health, Breastfeeding, Vegetarian Diet, Making Cosmetic Products, etc. Our therapists offer their consultations at the following times:

• Tuesday: Catherine Carrel, Ayurvedic therapist, rebirth therapy, reflexology, energy treatments.
• Wednesday and Thursday afternoons: Elisabeth Herrmann, massage, nutrition, aromatherapy & phytotherapy de/en (3rd year naturopathy MTE).
• Thursday morning: Eleni Vandersee, Dentosophy de/all/it
• Friday afternoon & Saturday morning: Margje Verschuren, nutritional counseling plant-based fr/all/néer
• Saturday afternoon: Sarah Spicher, classical massage & reflexology fr/all (3rd year naturopathy MTE)
