Change and transformation are part of our life like our breath. Trauma and stress make us narrow and inflexible, old and outdated beliefs restrict us and our life flow.

I support curiosity about life, experiencing new creative possibilities, and developing healthy self-regulation skills. Consciously creating meaningful transitions in life is important to me. I am happy to accompany you in this process.
