Nursing foot massage

After a long day, the feet are often heavily burdened and aching. Anyone who has enjoyed a foot massage knows how beneficial it is. Before the actual massage, I wash the feet and make a foot care pack. This relaxes and nourishes the whole foot. After the foot massage you feel light and flexible as if you were on "cloud nine".
