Thanks to my origin (China) I have learned as a child to use medicinal herbs and foods and to pay attention and listen to my body.

My interest in health and naturopathy grew more and more over the years. So, after the birth of my two children, I decided to realize my hobby and in 2001 I started an education as a certified professional masseuse with medical training at the massage school CELLSAN in Spreitenbach.

After several further trainings I founded my own practice in December 2004.
