As a passionate mountaineer and long-time snowboard instructor, the health and fitness of my body is important to me. As a medical masseuse and certified fitness trainer, I am equally passionate about the well-being of my clients and patients.

During my training as a medical masseuse with a federal diploma. I worked in various clinics, including the rehabilitation centers in Leukerbad and Bad Gögging (D) and six months in the Davos hospital. After graduating, I worked as a medical masseuse at Strapazi Physiotherapy in Chur from October 2010 to the end of 2013. During this time I was able to gain a lot of experience in the treatment of ailments in popular sports through the affiliated M-Fit fitness center. In addition, I was responsible for the Chur men's NLA floorball team for three seasons. Through several assignments in the Swiss ski autumn training camps of the Swiss cross-country team, I also got an insight into the support in top-class sports. In 2014, I successfully completed my training as a qualified fitness trainer.

In order to meet the ever-increasing demands and to be able to offer my customers and patients the best possible service, I regularly continue my education.
