Massothérapie Sara (Lausanne)

discovered my passion for massage during my professional training in contemporary dance in 2011. Massage and self-massage courses were offered to help us cope with physically intense moments during creations or tours. After completing my dance training in 2013, I decided in 2014 to undertake an academic training in medicine, and then entered the world of massage with the classical and therapeutic massage training at the Gedane school in Lausanne. Having obtained my therapist's diploma in 2016, I continue to train in different massage practices that enable me to broaden my skills in the treatment of various types of pain. As a dancer, I have a good knowledge of the anatomy of movement, which enables me to be precise in my gestures and in my approach to different body issues. While continuing to create dance pieces for the Elidé company, I look forward to welcoming you to my practice to meet your specific needs.
