Founded in 1999 by José Alen, the Centre de Soins Thérapeutiques is staffed by practitioners with many years' experience in the field of natural therapies.

Who we are

José Alen, certified massage therapist since 1994, reflexologist since 1998, I have acquired solid experience collaborating with various naturopaths, osteopaths, doctors, physiotherapists and participating in the physical preparation of certain athletes. I then opened my own practice in 1999, as well as a massage school in which I taught for several years, training numerous massage therapists.

After having practiced relaxing, therapeutic and sports massage, I specialized in meridian massage, which I have been practicing since 2000 and for which I obtained an additional diploma in 2016. With the general and meridian reflexology method, I achieve excellent results in many pathologies. This technique is just as effective for sports problems as for everyday ailments, and is also preventive and relaxing. This treatment is also suitable for pregnant women.

What's more, since 2012, I've also been an expert in the final examinations for the general and meridian reflexology training course.
