**The Receptive Touch

Touch means contact and relationship with what's outside us. It provides us with a host of emotions, from shivering to warmth and pleasure. Putting us in touch with the environment through our skin, it's a highly stimulated but underestimated sense of vital importance. My Receptive Touch techniques aim to re-establish for the patient the importance of tactile sensations through the skin, so as to reappropriate the use of this sense. The beneficial effects include anti-stress relaxation, enhanced vitality and increased self-confidence, all of which are sources of well-being.

Life's journey

After twenty years working for a local trade union, I turned to helping people with their care needs. Loving tactile contact and aware that touch is an extremely important factor in the health of each and every person, I embarked on a training course in Massotherapy-Reflexology.

There I learned various forms of massage - classic, well-being, therapeutic, facial, pregnant woman, ergonomic chair, etc. - as well as reflexology. - as well as reflexology. After that, various further training courses focused on energy development gave me new skills, including metamorphic massage, Korean massage, Reiki, cupping, etc.

Time and practice are my masters: to match what my hands tell me about a body with what the person feels, I've developed my own massage techniques, in particular Receptive Touch.
