Centro Massaggi Gio Therapist (Giubiasco)

Giovanni Bernardi I was born in Locarno and grew up in Losone, and from an early age I was a big sports fan.

I attended the Medical-Technical School of Lugano and in 2001, graduated as a massage therapist and complementary therapist. At the beginning of my career I worked for sports clubs where in collaboration with physiotherapists and sports physicians I was able to acquire and put into practice the necessary techniques and skills.

Later, I collaborated with fitness and beauty centers, currently working at the aesthetic center Si più Bella in Giubiasco.

Massage is a way to increase the perception of one's body, it helps us to feel our tensions, which are both physical and psychic, and by paying more attention to one's body in daily life one begins to change one's life, breaking those fixed patterns of reaction to daily situations, where we tend to always behave the same way in certain situations.

By releasing the feelings, phobias that have remained imprisoned in chronic tensions both has a psychic change that always has a bodily counterpart, thus achieving a greater awareness of oneself and one's potential creating the ideal conditions for living in harmony with mind and body.
