Practice

Since the end of December 2012 was working on the name of the practice. It was for me like the emergence of a child. Many thoughts were written down, drawn and again and again the thought circled around the heart. Why heart may ask many and perhaps it is also clear to many who know me. For me, the first thing is the human being with his heart, I want to touch people in the heart, starting from my heart. This connection then enables a healing in the whole.
The point also stands for me at the moment for "be there, persevere and develop". Now the name "Herzpunkt Naturheilpraxis" is in the center for me and in the center is now also my new practice premises.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is in the West probably the best-known treatment method of Chinese medicine. In this method, certain body points (acupuncture points) are stimulated with a fine disposable needle. In my practice I use among other things, the ear / skull / laser and color acupuncture.

Cupping

In cupping therapy, a vacuum is created by means of a hollow body that is placed on the skin.a procedure that has been used in various cultures and medical systems.

Moxibustion, called moxa for short

This is a heat treatment by means of a moxa cone or moxa cigar. The dried leaves of the mugwort (artemisia vulgaris) are used. Moxa is applied selectively, mostly on acupuncture points or where the main pain is localized. Large areas of skin over joints or reflex zones of internal organs are treated.

Nutrition according to TCM

They are a wonderfully simple means of doing something good for yourself every day.

Western herbs according to TCM

Medicinal herbs are known to practically every child. They are so versatile be it as tea, tincture, spagyric, ointment, compresses, steam baths and even as a spice in our food.
The herbs from our latitudes are very important for me, applied according to TCM, a wonderful addition.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu translates as "finger pressure". It is a Japanese treatment method whose roots lie in Chinese medicine. According to this Asian knowledge, the human body has energy channels (meridians) along which the energy flows. The meridians form a widely branched and interconnected system on the surface and in the depth of the body. These energy channels are easily accessible to my hands through the surface.

Bach Flowers

I use 38 specially prepared (homeopathic-like) flower extracts from wild growing plants and trees according to Edward Bach. They are put together individually.

Kinesio-Taping

Kinesio-Taping is a form of therapy developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase, chiropractor, in Japan, which supports almost the entire physiotherapeutic spectrum by means of a very elastic adhesive tape.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a state of altered consciousness, it is between being awake and asleep. It is a state of increased concentration on a single thing. The mental faculties are fully present and the physical activities such as heartbeat, blood pressure and breathing are somewhat reduced.
