Shiatsu is a method of complementary therapy. Through touch, stretching, rotation, creating connections and pressure, the self-healing powers of the body, soul and spirit are stimulated and activated.

Shiatsu originated from Anma, the Japanese massage, which is comparable to massage in Europe.

Shiatsu is the mutual touching and exchange of energy.

The aim is to balance the "energy system" in the body.
