In my work, the person as a whole is the center of my attention. This includes very important, the psychic, mental and social aspects of each individual client. I have the time to look for the causes of the inner imbalance in the body and then treat them.

Manual body therapy methods are integrated optimally into the treatment process and individually adapted to the client. The effectiveness of the therapy forms can have physical, muscular, reflexive and also emotional effects on the treated client.

My personal concern is to establish a trusting level with my clients and to pick you up where you currently stand.

So I am looking forward to welcoming you soon in my naturopathic practice and to accompany you on the way to your set goal.

**What does my name stand for?

It was important for me to find a name with which I can express my work and my conviction. This led me to the beautiful sounding Latin names "Otium**"** and "Statera".

These stand for the "lightness " and the "balance" in our lives.
