Forms of therapy

Classical , therapy:

Classical is a manual treatment method that has a preventive and analgesic effect on musculoskeletal disorders.
It acts not only on the treated area (skin, connective tissue, muscles), but also on the whole organism and psyche.
During the therapy, vertebrae that are no longer in a correct position are brought back into the correct position by applying light pressure.

Manual lymphatic drainage:

Manual lymphatic drainage is a component of complex decongestive therapy. It serves as an edema and decongestion therapy of various body regions.

Connective tissue zone massage is a symptomatic form of therapy, mainly against subacute or chronic functional disorders and complaints. Changes and diseases of the organism are reflected in the connective tissue.
Tensile and stretching stimuli are applied to the subcutaneous connective tissue. These stimuli run through a reflex arc to the central nervous system, which leads to changes and reactions in internal organs, the musculoskeletal system and the skin.
