Biomechanical-therapeutic exercises for the rheumatic and orthopedic patient, to the complex treatment in lesions of the central nervous system. For this work we also have various simple aids at our disposal, such as traction apparatus, free weights, Thera-bands, etc.

In the air-conditioned training room you can improve your coordination, strength and endurance with modern equipment. Thanks to innovative computer technology, we can determine an individual training program for each performance level.

**Electrotherapy We use it for specific, clearly defined pain conditions in order to achieve a neurophysiological calming effect. But also for stimulation of insufficiently innervated muscles after e.g. surgical interventions. It is possible to rent appropriate TENS units for both cases.

Heat / cold therapy We work with moist and dry heat in the form of packs, wraps or infrared light. For cold application we use cold / hot packs. They are used to relax the muscles and have a reflexive influence on the body system through skin zones. The passive measures help to integrate the manual stimuli and dampen too strong afterreactions.

Functional tapes They help to relieve joints or serve as a reminder for upright posture.

Lymphatic drainage To improve insufficient lymphatic and venous return from the tissues. We work with manual lymphatic drainage (massage), with relief exercises and, if necessary, with bandaging.

Massages The soft tissues of the body are specifically treated with targeted techniques. The skin, muscles and their supporting and connective tissues.

**Manual therapy The joints are passively mobilized with well-dosed traction and pressure. Here, too, various methods are used. All of them serve to promote mobility and to exert a reflex-therapeutic influence on the musculoskeletal system. on the musculoskeletal system.
