Welcome to my practice for accompaniment with body and energy work.

I offer accompaniment and support after trauma, with difficult life issues or with physical problems.

The practice is located at St. Leonhardstrasse 4 in the center of St. Gallen, the main train station is five minutes walk away, there is a parking garage in the Manor directly in the building next door.

Esalen Massage Esalen massage is conscious, loving touch. It is known for the long-lasting stretching movements, strokes performed over the length of the entire body. Light cradling, passive joint movements and deep work on the muscles, along with energetic balancing of the body, are also components of a massage.

Through the conscious, mindful touch during the massage, self-healing powers can be strengthened and blockages released. Life energy flows more freely. Blood circulation, the lymphatic system and metabolism are stimulated. The nervous system and muscles relax. One's own body can be experienced and perceived in a new way. In the state of pleasant relaxation it is possible to find a new access to oneself.
